Straight answers to curly questions.
Practical support and straight information on HIV, hepatitis, STIs, drugs and mental health.
Old myths stop people testing, and stop people treating. The science has moved on a long way. Here you get current information and care from people who know these conditions first-hand, and won’t judge you for having one.
Not sure where to start?

a, b, c. Small letters.
Big difference.
Hepatitis means inflammation of the liver. Three viruses cause most of it, and they’re very different:
- Hepatitis A is short-term, and there’s a vaccine.
- Hepattis B is lifelong but manageable, and there’s a vaccine.
- Hepatitis C is curable.
Knowing which one you’re dealing with changes what you do next. Whether you want a test, treatment or someone to talk to, we can help.
Three facts about HIV that change everything.
Living with HIV today looks nothing like it did decades ago. Three facts to start:
- HIV attacks the immune system. Treatment stops it doing damage.
- People on effective treatment live long, healthy lives.
- Once your viral load is undetectable, HIV can’t be passed on through sex.
Our team includes people living with HIV. If you’re wondering whether we can help, ask.
Mental Health
The virus is treatable. The side-eye is harder.
A diagnosis can change how people see you, and how you see yourself. Counselling and peer support for the part that doesn’t show up in a blood test.
STI’s
STIs are part of having sex. Not a character flaw.
Most STIs have no symptoms, so testing beats waiting for signs. Chlamydia, gonorrhoea and syphilis are treatable, usually with one course of antibiotics. Testing is quick, often free, and always confidential.
Drugs + Alcohol
Safer, not sober.
If you’re using, we want you doing it as safely as possible. Sterile gear, naloxone, testing and treatment, with no one telling you to stop.
